Haunted Houses can be scary and corn mazes can be fun but nothing compares to the thrill of Halloween on the Hocking. On the river there is no where to hide from whoever or whatever is lurking behind the bend. Once in the canoe there is no turning back. The few that survive can further test their bravery on the haunted hay ride through the campground…. if they dare.
Event Details:
What: Canoe a scary 1/2 mile portion on the haunted Hocking Hills River. Then embark upon a scary hayride through the campground of lost souls, and a short walk through the wicked forest… Who knows what awaits you in the dark shadows?? Stick around for the bonfire with s’mores and many spooky activities for all ages.
Where: Event starts at 6PM at the Family Fun Center. The address is 26633 Main Street, Rockbridge, Ohio 43449.
Who: The event is open to everyone. Although due to the scary content of the trip. Halloween on the Hocking may not be suitable for young children under 10. However parents know their children best, and it is at their discretion if they choose to bring younger children.
Reservations are highly recommended.
Special $ 30 plus tax per canoe. A canoe fits 2 adults and 2 small children.
